In 1970, Shri Ratilal Amba Sapariya formally established Mahesh Construction Company a proprietary concern with a clear mission to contribute meaningfully to the development of quality housing solutions in Mumbai. Since its inception, the company has been actively engaged in the construction and real estate development sector, consistently delivering projects that reflect excellence, reliability, and innovation.
The company has flourished under the active support and leadership of his three sons — Mr. Suresh Ratial Sapariya, Ashok Ratilal Sapariya and Mahesh Ratilal Sapariya. With unwavering commitment and entrepreneurial foresight, they established a strong presence in the construction industry.
Over the years, the organization has evolved beyond traditional contracting roles and has successfully diversified into real estate development, standing as a dynamic entity involved in community, recreational, residential and commercial construction and continually adapting to the changing demands of the industry.
Today, Mahesh Developers Pvt. Ltd. which over the period converted to Limited Company listed on Main Board of Bombay Stock Exchange with Name as Mahesh Developers Limited.

To date, the organization has completed projects covering approximately 2 million square feet in Mumbai, showcasing its capability to execute large-scale developments with precision and efficiency.

Since beginning our career as a residential development contractor, the company has built more than 150 buildings in some of Mumbai's most well-known and sought-after neighborhoods, such as Khar, Bandra, Santacruz, BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Vile Parle, Andheri, Goregaon, and Juhu Scheme, greatly advancing the development of urban housing.
